Affiliate Program Terms

You must be an owner or billing administrator of a Scheduler Zero Organization with a successfully paid base subscription. Trials do not qualify. We may later require approval and may refuse, suspend, or close participation to protect customers or the program.

You enroll personally, must provide accurate identity and tax information, and may not transfer your account or code. Material changes require acceptance before new referrals can be credited; properly earned existing commission is not forfeited merely because acceptance is pending.

• The customer must be a completely new user who signs up through your link or enters your code.
• The last eligible referral touch within 30 days is used and locks to that user's initial customer Organization.
• Invited users, existing Organizations, later-created Organizations, self-referrals, and fabricated identities do not qualify.
• A browser cookie may remain for 90 days, but it does not extend the 30-day attribution window.

Support may correct a genuinely missed code within 30 days. Older changes require finance review and an auditable reason. Our records determine attribution where tracking evidence conflicts.

Version 1 pays 25% of eligible base subscription and email/contact usage revenue, 10% of eligible managed-inbox and domain revenue, and 20% of eligible dialer revenue. A single 12-month earning period begins at the referred Organization's first successfully paid base subscription.

Commission uses tax-exclusive cash actually collected after discounts and credits. Taxes, pass-through costs, credit deposits, unknown products, amounts outside the earning period, and refunded or charged back amounts earn nothing. The schedule recorded when a referral is attributed governs that referral.

Commission is held for at least 30 days. Payouts are reviewed monthly, made in USD through Dub, and require a $50 payable minimum plus completed KYC, tax, and payout-method setup.

Refunds and chargebacks reduce unpaid commission. If commission was already paid, the resulting negative balance is deducted from future payouts or may be recovered from you where law permits.

• Identify yourself as an affiliate and make clear that you may receive commission.
• Do not make false claims, impersonate us, bid on our brand terms, send spam, use cookie stuffing, or use deceptive redirects.
• Do not promise a discount: affiliate codes track referrals and are separate from promotion codes.
• Comply with advertising, privacy, anti-spam, and endorsement laws wherever you promote us.

Either party may end participation. We may suspend links, new attribution, or payouts while investigating fraud, abuse, legal risk, or a terms breach. Properly earned commission survives ordinary termination, subject to holds, reversals, identity verification, and our right to withhold fraudulent or unlawful amounts.

You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent, joint venturer, or representative. You cannot bind Fundlevel Digital Limited. The liability, governing-law, change, and dispute provisions in the main Terms of Service also apply. Questions go to legal@fundlevel.co.
