One lead, every channel

Email, phone, and SMS on one lead record

A lead is one object with ordered email addresses and phone numbers. Every send, reply, call, disposition, text, and booking lands on the same timeline, and a booking stops the lead in every live campaign at once.

One identity per person

Uploads, call lists, and replies resolve to the same lead. A second phone number becomes a contact point, not a duplicate.

Calls attach at dial time

Every outbound and inbound call is linked to its lead the moment it is placed, so the rep sees prior history during the call, not after.

Bookings attributed to the step

A Calendly or cal.com booking is matched to the campaign, step, and pass that earned it, and stops every live campaign for that lead.

The whole conversation in one place

A reply in the Unibox, a call in the dialer, a text, and a booked meeting are usually four tools and four records. Scheduler Zero merges every source into one timeline per lead, ordered by time, with campaign and step attribution on each event, so the next touch is decided with the full history in view.

  • Emails, replies, calls, dispositions, SMS, and bookings on one timeline
  • Campaign, step, and variant attribution on every event
  • Call recordings and notes on the lead, not in a separate log
  • Dialer history hidden from users without call permissions

Ordered contact points, from upload to waterfall

Each lead carries an ordered list of email addresses and phone numbers. Uploads map several columns onto one record, campaigns waterfall through addresses when one bounces, and a number a rep marks as wrong is retired everywhere. Only a row's primary phone establishes identity, so a shared secondary number never merges two people.

  • Several email and phone columns map onto one lead at upload
  • Contact waterfall tries the next address on bounce or no reply
  • Wrong-number dispositions retire the number across every campaign and call list
  • Conflicts are reported at import instead of silently merged

A booking ends the outreach everywhere

Connect Calendly or cal.com and Scheduler Zero ingests every booking, reschedule, and cancellation. The meeting is attributed to the newest sent step at or before the booking time, the thread is labelled Meeting Booked, and the lead is stopped in every live campaign, not just the one that sent the last email. Reps can also insert real open times into a reply, and campaigns can render them into copy.

  • Calendly and cal.com bookings ingested with retry-safe webhooks
  • Attribution to campaign, step, and pass from send history
  • Every live campaign stops for the lead on booking
  • Insert live availability into a Unibox reply or a sequence step
