Email Deliverability Rate Calculator

Delivery rate tells you how much mail the receiving servers accepted. Inbox placement tells you how much actually landed where people read it. They are not the same number, and the gap is where cold email quietly dies.

Delivery rate

97.0%

Accepted by the receiving server. Aim above 97%.

Inbox placement

91.8%

Of delivered, the share that reached the inbox. Aim above 90%.

Delivered / Inbox

970 / 890

How it works

Delivery rate is delivered divided by sent (delivered = sent minus bounces). Inbox placement is inbox divided by delivered, treating spam-foldered mail as delivered but not placed. Aim for a delivery rate above 97 percent and an inbox placement above 90 percent; below that, fix authentication, list quality, and reputation before scaling.

Make these numbers real.

Scheduler Zero handles warmup, authentication, and reputation so your deliverability stays high and your funnel math actually holds up.
