Domains and mailboxes

Buy the domain and the mailboxes in one checkout

Register a sending domain, provision Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes on it, connect them, and start warming, from a single order. We own the renewals so a lapsed domain never takes a campaign down.

Domain and mailboxes together

Search, buy, and provision in one flow. The domain claim, registration, and mailbox order are created in one transaction when payment lands.

Connected and warming

Provisioned mailboxes connect through Google or Microsoft OAuth, never through a stored IMAP password, and can be enrolled in warmup immediately.

DNS you can verify

A baseline DMARC record on registration, and SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checks once the mailbox provider is known.

One order, not a week of tabs

Buying a domain at a registrar, creating mailboxes at a provider, wiring DNS, and connecting each account to a sequencer is where most new sending capacity stalls. Scheduler Zero collapses it into one checkout: the domain is registered, mailboxes are created on it, each is connected by OAuth, and warmup can start the same day.

  • Search available domains and buy them in-app
  • Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes on the same order
  • A 99-mailbox Microsoft block for teams that need volume on one domain
  • Nothing is written until payment succeeds; a failed registration refunds the order

Provisioning that finishes itself

Registration comes first, then DNS, then mailbox creation, then connection. Each step is durable and retried, and an order can pause for an operator rather than fail silently. Mailbox logins are fetched only when needed and never persisted as IMAP secrets.

  • Domain registration completes before mailbox provisioning starts
  • DNS records written at registration; SPF, DKIM, DMARC verified after connection
  • Microsoft accounts connect through Microsoft OAuth, Google through Google OAuth
  • Order status is derived from the same record the fulfillment queue works from

We own the renewal, so you cannot lose the domain by accident

Registrar auto-renew is switched off on purpose. Scheduler Zero charges the renewal, then renews at the registrar, so a declined card costs nothing and a registrar failure after a successful charge is refunded. Your sending domain can also point its landing page at your real site.

  • Yearly renewals run by us, charge first and renew second
  • A renewal that fails at the registrar is refunded automatically
  • Redirect the domain's landing page to your main website
  • Every order keeps an auditable price and cost snapshot
